Eleanor’s Banana Cake

Aunt Esther’s Cookbook

Ingredients:

1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2 Egg Yolks
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Banana pulp (from 3 - 4 bananas)
2 Egg Whites
 

Preparation Instructions:

Add all ingredients together except egg whites.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter.

Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 50 minutes.
