Passover Banana Cake

Ingredients:

8 Eggs
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 cups Banana puree
3/4 cups Passover Cake Flour
1/4 cup Potato Starch
 

Preparation Instructions:

Mix the first four ingredients together.

Add flour mixed with starch to wet ingredients.

Bake in 325 degree oven for at least 65 minutes.
